ZINIO LAUNCHES NEW MOBILE APP MARKETING SUITE
NEW YORK, NY, June 8, 2018 — ZINIO, the leading technology platform for digital magazines, announced today the launch of its new Advanced Marketing Suite (AMS). This data-driven mobile app marketing solution provides publishers with the tools necessary to engage app users with targeted messages to improve engagement and increase ROI.

The analytics platform centralizes all app data in one place, giving publishers a holistic view of the user and identifying actionable insights. These data points can be used to create audience segments to send targeted messages to the right audience at the right time, improving click rates by more than 3x and conversion rate by nearly 7x.
Fully Customizable Dashboard: Real-time analytics for data-driven app marketing
With push notifications, publishers can reach users outside app walls and drive them into the app, increasing monthly active users and boosting app monetization. Push notifications are able to drive 88% more app launches and reduce the interval between app sessions by 55%.
Re-engaging users with push notifications outside of the app significantly improves user retention. On average, about 19% of users return to the app within the first 30 days. However, when engaged with push notifications, this percent increases to 65%, reducing the risk of app churn.
“Publishers can now communicate directly with users to announce new content, engage with back-issue content, drive direct-response revenue through personalized marketing promotions, and much more” added Rohwer.
With in-app messages, publishers can create a structured nurturing process to help navigate users through the app. By improving the user experience with in-app messaging, publishers can create highly engaged users, increasing app launches by 27%, and power users with higher conversion rates and lifetime values.
Targeted In-App Messaging: Reach the right users at the right time
With detailed campaign reporting, publishers can measure the impact of their app marketing campaigns on user behavior. Publishers can use these insights to make informed decisions about their targeting and messaging strategy to drive business results. Publishers will also have access to multivariate testing on message content, imagery, CTAs, and more. With this capability, publishers can test up to 10 versions of every campaign and let the data decide which message resonates with their audience.
