Zinio is seeking an Account Manager, Partnerships to support Zinio's strategic partnerships (across OS/device manufacturers, digital content resellers, promoters, etc) with responsibility for maintaining and growing the relationships in support of Zinios business objectives of increasing revenue, customers and distribution channels.
The successful candidate will become the lead liaison for Zinios key B2B partnerships, overseeing activities on a global basis.
Would suit someone with a background in technical account management or product management that wishes to move into a more commercially focused and customer-facing role.
Duties and responsibilities
-Day-to-day management of Zinios strategic partnerships across both commercial and technical elements
-Be the voice for partners inside Zinio, update and advise on priorities
-Own relationship building process between partner and Zinio
-Ensure contractual agreements are adhered to and amended as necessary
-Collaborate with product and technology teams, ensuring that the issues are resolved and that new features are delivered on time
-Analyze performance of accounts and report results to the business, ownership of partner P&Ls
-Identify new opportunities for growth of existing partnerships
-Inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality in support of partner needs and desires, monitor associated ROI
-BS/BA is required
-3+ years experience, Partner, Product, Program and/or Project Management in the fields of Mobile, Technology and Digital Media
-Excellent collaboration, relationship-building and communication skills
-Analytical, financial modeling and presentation development skills
-Ability to liaise with technical teams, technical background preferred
