Previously, he was the CEO of NaviSite, a NASDAQ quoted company that provided technology and application management services to customers in the US and UK from 2002-2010. With offices in the US, UK and India, NaviSite provided data center hosting and cloud-based application management to enterprises. Arthur was a senior advisor to the Vera Wang fashion company for 7 years and has been a private investor in technology and real estate since NaviSite was sold to Time Warner in 2011.

Vince's long career in Media and Publishing has given him extensive knowledge of the publishing industry including finance, accounting, corporate strategy, business development, production, circulation, and operations. Vince served as the CFO of Alpha Media Group, publisher of Maxim until its sale in February 2014. As a member of the executive management team that oversaw the sale of the company, he was also responsible for Finance and Circulation functions. He was previously General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Northern & Shell NA where he helped launch OK! Magazine in the US market in 2005, which quickly became the fastest growing weekly celebrity magazine in the US. From 1991 to 2002, he was CFO/COO of TV Guide Magazine (the largest weekly circulation magazine during this time) along with its Magazine Distribution Group and managed finance, treasury, circulation, and HR functions.

Until July 2012 Joan was President of Zinio International, developing the Zinio business outside of North America. He joined the company in 2009 after leading a joint venture with Havas to develop Zinio in Europe and Latin America. Previously he was CEO of Acceso Group, a media intelligence and CMS group in Spain that developed a partnership with Zinio in 2004 to expand the business in the UK and Spain. From 1984 through October 2000 he was CEO of Weber-Shandwick Spain. Joan was born in Barcelona, has a degree in Law from the UAB, a Marketing PD from ESADE, an EDP from Wharton and lives with his wife and their four daughters in Barcelona.

Account Manager, Partnerships San Francisco, CA
Zinio is seeking an Account Manager, Partnerships to support Zinio's strategic partnerships (across OS/device manufacturers, digital content resellers, promoters, etc) with responsibility for maintaining and growing the relationships in support of Zinios business objectives of increasing revenue, customers and distribution channels.

The successful candidate will become the lead liaison for Zinios key B2B partnerships, overseeing activities on a global basis.

Would suit someone with a background in technical account management or product management that wishes to move into a more commercially focused and customer-facing role.

Duties and responsibilities
-Day-to-day management of Zinios strategic partnerships across both commercial and technical elements
-Be the voice for partners inside Zinio, update and advise on priorities
-Own relationship building process between partner and Zinio
-Ensure contractual agreements are adhered to and amended as necessary
-Collaborate with product and technology teams, ensuring that the issues are resolved and that new features are delivered on time
-Analyze performance of accounts and report results to the business, ownership of partner P&Ls
-Identify new opportunities for growth of existing partnerships
-Inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality in support of partner needs and desires, monitor associated ROI

-BS/BA is required

Client Development Manager New York, NY
The Client Development Manager (CDM) is the bridge between Zinios Publishers and the companys Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Production Departments. As the expert on Zinios technologies and services, the CDM acts as the advocate for the publisher within Zinio on a day-to-day, issue-to-issue basis

The successful CDM will focus on the revenue growth of the publisher (and, by extension, the revenue growth of Zinio) by understanding the marketing objectives of the publisher, recommending and securing appropriate merchandising commitments from the publisher for the Zinio online newsstand as well as other digital newsstands where Zinio partner publications are sold, developing creative methods of showcasing the publishers product online, and continuously demonstrating quantitative and qualitative analysis of the publishers performance and success with the Zinio platform.

The company is seeking a Senior Director, Account Services to lead its U.S. account services team to mange all the publisher relationships and collaborate with digital magazine distributors—including Zinio’s own digital newsstand—to increase the sale of digital editions to consumers.

• Lead the team of account managers that handle the day-to-day relationships with publishers.
• Maintain and enhance key relationships by overseeing the development and implementation of account plans relevant for each customer that focus on increasing revenue from digital sales channels.
• Identify publishers that are candidates for new products and services offered by the company, transition those leads to the U.S. sales team, and collaborate on the execution and delivery of those new products.
• Create revenue goals and achieve budgeted revenue targets.
• Develop appropriate account coverage strategies for each customer segment
• Deliver scorecards to demonstrate efficacy of programs for the growth of publisher revenue
• Identify and acquire new publishers to join the Zinio platform; negotiate and close those agreements.
